About the client

Puma is one of the world’s leading sports brands, designing, developing, selling and marketing footwear, apparel and accessories. Puma offers performance and lifestyle products in categories such as football, running, training and fitness, golf, and motorsports.

The challenge

PlayStation Benelux was seeking to create a native, digital platform to help them further engage with their young audience who are passionate about gaming.

“For the Players” allows viewers to experience the world of PlayStation firsthand."

The idea

Brandboost teamed up with Mediacom Beyond Advertising (MBA) to launch a branded channel on YouTube featuring some of the most well known gaming related social influencers in the Netherlands. The “For the Players” channel allows viewers to experience the world of PlayStation firsthand, the latest industry news, events and releases.

The results

Two formats were created (For the Win & For the Gamer). The first a challenge format where we invite well known gaming YouTube influencers to battle it out against each other. This format is uploaded twice a week. The second, a more informative format, sees our hosts Damian, Santino and Carré discuss the latest games, trends and news in the gaming world, as well as visit gaming conferences and events around the world!
