Every year, Deutsche Bahn seeks more than 3,000 young people for their apprenticeships and various positions as trainees and Volos. DB teamed up with Divimove to promote the company’s own job portal within young audiences and drive traffic to the site.
The Lochis are Germany’s most influential young twins. Together with Divimove they produced a video series for YouTube in typical Lochi manner, and presented various training opportunities at the DB to their community in an entertaining way.
Deutsche Bahn became perceived as a modern employer with exciting training possibilities. The high community engagement campaign raised awareness of the DB Job Portal within young audiences.
